You are cordially invited to submit articles to the Annals of “Ovidius” University Annals of Constanta - Series CIVIL ENGINEERING (2018) journal, which is an open access academic journal.

You are invited to submit your scientific papers online on http://revista-constructii.univ-ovidius.ro/openconf/openconf.php until November 1st, 2018.
Please prepare your manuscript as MS Word document according to the guidelines provided by our website http://revista-constructii.univ-ovidius.ro/ (Instructions to authors).

The authors of the articles submitted for publication must fill in and sign the form in which they assume responsibility for the paper content and originality. This form can be downloaded from the above mentioned website.

All submitted papers will be under peer review. The notification of acceptance/ rejection will be sent until the November 15th, 2018.

The accepted articles will be published free of charge in the 2018 volume of our journal.
